Scooter
Braun has made his first comment since Taylor
Swift was cleared to perform her earlier hits at the American Music Awards this Sunday.
The
38-year-old businessman took to twitter to share a simple message about
kindness on Tuesday morning.
The 29-year-old pop megastar Swift claimed on Twitter
days ago that Braun and business partner Scott Borchetta banned her from
playing her back catalog at the annual event which will be honoring her as the
Artist of the Decade.
Braun shared an image of text which read
'kindness is the only response' along with his own caption 'words to live by
[smile wide emoji]'
This came a day after news that Swift had been cleared to
perform many of her earlier hits by both Big Machine and Dick Clark
productions to perform Shake It Off among other signature tracks according to a
statement released on Monday.
It read: 'The Big Machine Label Group and Dick Clark Productions announce that they have come to terms on a licensing agreement that approves their artists' performances to stream post show and for re-broadcast on mutually approved platforms.
'This includes the upcoming American Music Awards performances for Thomas Rhett and former Big Machine Records recording artist Taylor Swift.'
