Rapper Tray Savage Dies At Aged 26

Tray Savage who was signed to Chief Keef's record label died on Friday June 19. He died at aged 26. His death has been confirmed by TMZ and Billboard.

According TMZ who were the first to break the news, Tray (born Kentray Young) was shot as he was driving around South Side in California. It was when he was rushed to the University of Chicago Medical Canter that he was pronounced dead by Doctors there.

Due to his death his family, friends and record label crew have been thrown into mourning.

In a statement from a representative at the label: “The entire Chief Glo Gang Family are extremely saddened about the loss of Kentray “Tray Savage” Young who was taken too soon.

 “His first love was always devoted to his fiancé, kids, family, and music. Regrettably, we can’t take back the actions done by others, but we stand firmly behind the fact that Tray Savage should be here today alive and continuing his amazing contributions to society. 

His friends, family and entertainment family will continue to honour his legacy”.

Young was signed to Glory Boyz Entertainment label, founded by Fredo Santana and Chief Keef.
Tray Savage was known for tracks like I Gat The Mac, know Who I am, Faces and in 2013 he teamed up with Chief Keef to do “Chiefin Keef”.
