Davido Has Shared How He and Amaju Pinnick Resolved Their Dispute
Nigerian
artiste, David Adeleke, popular known as Davido, has revealed how he and former
President of Nigerian Football Federation, NFF, Mr. Amaju Pinnick settled their
differences.
Remember that Mr. Amaju Pinnick, the organizer of the
popular show "Warri Again," had filed a lawsuit against Davido for
not appearing at the 2023 edition of Warri Again, held at Brownhill Colloseuim,
Ogunu - Warri.
Speaking in
Warri, Delta State, on October 5, during a courtesy visit to the Olu of Warri,
Ogiame Atuwatse III, the famous music sensation apologized for missing the
"Warri Again" show. He explained that he had been unable to attend
due to a late-night meeting with family elders. He also mentioned the warm
welcome he received from the people of Warri upon his arrival.
The Olu of
Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, was happy to see that Amaju Pinnick and Davido had
resolved their dispute. He acknowledged Amaju's valuable contributions to Warri
through the "Warri Again" event.
"This town
is rich with talent in arts, music, and other areas, thanks to God's blessings.
I hope that this show (Warri Again) will continue to inspire more people."

like you (Davido, Phyno, AY, and others in this year's Warri Again) are helping
the world hear Africa's voice. Africa is going to be the world's savior, but
they (the West) don't know it yet."

Isaac Agbateyiniro, Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, praised
Amaju Pinnick for promoting Warri through the "Warri Again" show for
the past 20 years. He also commended the positive resolution of the
Amaju-Davido dispute, calling it a valuable lesson for many.
Led by the
Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Mr. Amaju Pinnick officially
opened Noble Trust Hotel & Suite on Ajamimogha Road, Warri. Mr. Pinnick
announced that the hotel had become the official partner of the Warri Again
show.
